Refund policy

Refunds or exchanges will be made on products purchased through our Online DB Shop within 14 days of receipt. Gift cards cannot be refunded. No returns or exchanges are allowed at our Basecamp or Outpost physical locations. Credit will be applied back to your original method of payment. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
